4 months, good job, I'm proud of you.

Listen, and listen very close, your demons (cigarettes ) are still lingering and for the next couple of months will still haunt you, STAY STRONG, and keep ye behind me, say this when the urge returns. I'm one year smoke free and occasionally I need to say it still, and it helps, through the grace of God.

Just stay strong, again I'm proud of you as I know how hard it is, I smoked cigarettes and Cannabis for 47 years, I might add quiet heavily,

I'm now paying for it with stage 3 copd, life is short and prolonging it is what we all would like to do, for me it's almost over, for you, it can go on for a long time, just for the choices that you've made, stay strong my friend and keep up the good work.

I'm 61 and my lung specialist has given me one to three years, don't let this happen to you, STAY STRONG.

GET YE BEHIND ME, remember those words during cravings and they will pass in a matter of minutes.

Plz tk care of yourself...u have come a long way..i feel so sorry to know that u r suffering from COPD...God is very kind..i pray for the miracle to happen and may god get a cure for u..
