I LOOK forward to wakeing up now and not reaching for slow death. I look forward to going to sleep at night without reaching for slow death. I find other BETTER things to replace it.OTHER things that needed to be down Well now my house is spotless LOL from top to bottom and it smells so so fresh in here.MY friends that smoke know not to smoke in my house LOL. I REFUSE TO DO DAY ONE AGAIN. PEACE,LOVE AND RESPECT TO ALL ENJOY YOUR DAY.MY POST ON HERE REALLY HELPS ME.

I too find myself doing what I call , detailed cleaning :). I quit smoking 22 days ago. I only have one person in my life that smokes, and he is considerate enough to not smoke around me, and when he visits my home he goes outside to smoke.
