Good for you BigRon. I always refer to the Rocky 3 movie where Clubber Lang is smashing Rocky with everything he's got & Rocky taunts him with "you ain't so bad, c'mon,, you ain't so bad." Rather than try to substitute or mask the effects of nicotine withdrawal, stare it in the face & defy it. It can't kill you. The best it is capable of is annoying you.
