I can't stop thinking about having a cigarette tonight.

Just driven home and was so close to stopping to buy a packet.

It's worrying how strong the urge to smoke takes over every thought in my mind.

It's hard to fight them but ya really have to fight the battle to win the war

Be very proud of yourself for not caving into temptation

I gave up over 20 years ago and it was one of the hardest things to do but you keep at it and you will reach the stage where you hate the sight and smell of them, keep strong and try and find something else to take over your mind, like how much money you are saving and what else you can spend it on rather than risk your health
