Good morning, yes I'm still LOVING my smoke free life yes I have urge's but it's so great to have choices,ITS so easy to give into urge's but it's smarter to use tools.I use excerise,breathing, whatever works,BESIDES urge's only last a short time and they are always going to sneak up on you but in time lesser so remember FOREVER FORWARD.
