Thank you Briarwood and im feeling much better thanks for asking. The support from everyone on this site is fantastic and helps me just by reading the posts. Its good to know im not alone with my withdrawal symptoms as my hubby quit the same day as me and is not experiencing half of the things i am. Thanks again for the great support. NOPE x
