Wayyyyy Hayyyyyy Sarah, on day 5 already, thats just great gal
As for you getting irritable, this is the norm in early days we just have to thump a cushion or flippin shout out
Maybe try one of the breathing exercises to help you calm down
Hopefully it wont last too long eh
Not One Puff Ever
Congrats Sarah👏🎉🎉
A lot of people get snappy .... Are you using nicotine replacement of some sort ??
I was too exhausted.... I was a heap on the couch sweating out the chemicals... Too out of it to get short with anyone....... Hang in there ... The first month is a so and so..... Ol Mr Nic is very nasty 😡 Don't listen to him
You'll start to feel better,
Keep this site close and your reason for quitting☀️

The deep breathing exercises really helped me A LOT (see pinned posts). So did getting a little extra exercise. -- walking, swimming, that sort of thing.
Hi Sarah. I got nasty at this point as well I was going mental. The only thing to do is sit down and force yourself to calm down before u smash the house up. That's what I did. Gladly it doesn't last too long. Good luck 😀
There are many stages to withdrawing from nicotine-moodiness as in depressed, irritable, extreme hunger-insomnia,oversleeping,I had no idea that I was going to go thru all these things--but the more I did the madder I got at what the dam things had done to me--Try to hold your tongue--and know you will get thru this and your body and mind will thank you--Right now it feels betrayed--Go easy on yourself and hang in there-You are an addict trying to get clean-If you get nasty, aim at it cigarettes. They are the cause of your suffering. You can do this--Hang in there-Lotsa help here--xx MmeT
