As for you getting irritable, this is the norm in early days we just have to thump a cushion or flippin shout out Maybe try one of the breathing exercises to help you calm down Hopefully it wont last too long eh

I was too exhausted.... I was a heap on the couch sweating out the chemicals... Too out of it to get short with anyone....... Hang in there ... The first month is a so and so..... Ol Mr Nic is very nasty π‘ Don't listen to him

The deep breathing exercises really helped me A LOT (see pinned posts). So did getting a little extra exercise. -- walking, swimming, that sort of thing.
Hi Sarah. I got nasty at this point as well I was going mental. The only thing to do is sit down and force yourself to calm down before u smash the house up. That's what I did. Gladly it doesn't last too long. Good luck π
