Today has been a much better day. I read all of your replies and it really makes me want to stick with it. My daughter stopped with me and she said today has been her best day too. Maybe we are over the worst.

I see you and your daughter are well over a week quit now soooo, hopefully, your over the worst of it BUT, saying that, please keep focused and above all, POSITIVE cos a lot of us, myself included, sort of relax, let our guard down then that flippin mr nic strikes and before you know it, your smoking again

So please stay strong, cos quitting smoking is the best ever thing you and your daughter can do for your health and well being It is sooo lovely to hear that Mother and Daughter are quitting together, it really is

I am so proud of my beautiful daughter Annabel. She cried when I became poorly with my chest infections and was so worried that she has stopped smoking in support of me stopping. I feel very loved.
