Sorry if this is kinda graphic but it did make me realize what were dealing with here. The stuff is bad. If i thought i was making the wrong decision i just peek at this photo and it becomes crystal clean that i don't need to smoke if i want to live a long time. Again i hope this doesn't come off too strong.  It sure helped me.  Today is day 13 and tomorrow will be day 14. Hats off to you all we're here putting up a good fight. 👏👍👍

Getting through these first weeks can be so very tough..you are doing brilliantly..😀

Thank you Glolin. ♡

What ever works for you, I say. The final kick into sensibility from me was realising that I could not breathe. A way to simulate that experience is to try breathing through a drinking straw for a prolonged period.

Good on you, anyway, for succeeding.

Sandra thank you for the post.  I know from first hand experience of lung cancer  , that nothing is too strong when it comes to showing people what damage  smoking does.

Not only to your body, but when  you get cancer it changes your life style too.

So You  keep on with your quit. It  is well worth it.  :)  xx

Thanks for the reminder Sandra 👍🏻  it's important we all know how dangerous smoking is. Your 2 week badge is coming tomorrow🎖🎖👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
