I got them and texts quite good but at the end you have to reply saying if ur still quit or not after 28 days and if u make it that far it says ur more likely to stay quit. then on New Year's Day I got an email saying u tried to quit last year if you didn't make it we can help you again talk about thinking the worst.
That's a staggering 26 days a year added onto your life.....😃
