Well on Wednesday I am 3 months smoke free , been a bit rough but it might not be due to quitting ,could of just got poorly at the wrong time , am abit better now got to go for camera down throat on the 5 th Jan but not worried about that then it a camera in me tummy to see what's going on with this sickness , still at least i am now a none smoker yayyyyyy proud of me self , have a great time all will speak soon 🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏💐💐💐🌹🌹🌹
