Here I. Am really pleased that I've given up fags and vaping instead when I read a report in the sun today that it may cause cancer I wish someone could give a proper opinion on these as I thought I was doing really well any thoughts on this welcomed

Hi donesmoking you have done really well. 6 weeks winner is amazing. You need to think A the sun is not exactly a peer reviewed medical journal and B there is not enough research on vaping yet to be decisive.

If you are worried why not think about using nrt instead patches and gum? It does work for me.

Whichever I'm sure vaping is safer than smoking. 😀🎄😇🚭🙉

May I remind you that you most definitely are doing well and there's no medical evidence to suggest otherwise. Newspapers sensationalise their stories to sell papers😩

Cigs contain 4000 plus chemicals and there haven't been any long term studies on ecigs. So my own personal opinion is not to panic. BTW I'm not a medic but the way I see it, it's way better for ya than smoking😊

I agree with briar..the media are notorious for sensationalising stories..just to get us to buy their paper

One thing for sure, they do not have all the nasty chemicals that cigarettes do...

Food for thought...if we followed all the articles that they print on all the different types of food....Goodness..we would too afraid to eat anything ....you just keep on vaping
