Hey Jaxter,

Just think of how hard you've worked to get this far. Think of the massive achievement you've made!

Remember all the reasons you're quitting for!

Don't let Alcohol weaken you!

You're stronger than that.

You're doing so well.

Do some breathing excercises... The craving will pass.

You've got this!

"you tell yourself that just one won't matter but it does - it's the slippery slope back to 20 a day."

Hey Jaxter, these are your own words from your second post on here!,

Keep your will power girl !

That's the worst, you will be so proud of yourself once you get thru this. I totally sympathize for you.

Try to stay away from it. Don't let it get you.

We are all pulling for you. And we all know the struggle is real.

You can do this!!!

NOPE NOPE NOPE

p.s. I wanted one so bad, and sue enough woke up happy that I was strong. UGH!!!

Hi Jaxster,

When I had my first drink without a cig I was chatting with a quit support line. It's difficult because you will be looking at the ppl smoking thinking what am I missing? Your not missing anything. Take a breath look around and realize there are sooooooooooooo many more ppl not smoking! You are now one of them. Before you know it your friends will be back from there cig and you should feel victory because u have done something spectacular for yourself. :) keep your head up! One step, one day, one decision to stay free from nictotine. Nope not one puff

🍺cheers. You're doing great Jaxter👏🎉🎉

Have fun😊

Jaxter when you wake up in the morning and read these posts, your hangover will be awful..... If you had smoked it will be horrendous and your ankles will be really sore....

Horrendous because smoking dehydrates you which is why we all looked older when we smoked... 😪

Sore ankles because you would have kicked yourself for giving in after all your hard work 😪

Giving up smoking ain't easy but you are doing sooooo well hun.... Just think of all the extra holidays you can afford now that you don't smoke 😊😊

Jaxter many prayers and wishes you conquer that urge. Drinking coffee and alcohol was something I had to quit for a month when j first quit. They both have that calling you to breakdown and do it. I think the best motivation not to is starting over. You gave come thus far which is s major accomplishment. The thought of starting over always woke me up plus the fact that little cigarette best be. Best to you. Stay strong.
