Hi does anyone think that running on the spot helps I run on the spot counting and I can get to 150 before I feel slightly puffed out does anyone else have any excersises that they do at home?

Yep it sure does, running up and down stairs is another one, star jumps or anything that gets your heart rate up is great. Well done, keep up the good work done smoking coz you'll be fit as a fiddle soon👍🏼😊x

I do a lot more chewing since I quit smoking. A LOT more chewing and swallowing.

I have weights at home and a treadmill I do what I feel like. Running on the spot is good for ya!!! Gets the muscles working and the blood circulating !
