KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKπŸ‘

I never thought quitting smoking had physical withdrawals. I've been reading on this site that people have been really sick with quitting. I'm just starting to get better. My pharmacist said she hears this from people who quit all the time. Nice to know it's part of the process. We're all in this togetherπŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«πŸ‘¬πŸ‘«

I knew it wasn't necessarily "easy" to quit .. but, I was not aware of the really broad range of withdrawal symptoms that 'could' occur. Fortunately (very fortunately!) I was spared a lot of the physical ills .. it varies from individual to individual, of course.

One issue that I had never heard of (in relation to quitting smoking) is: "hypothyroidism". Thank you for bringing it up (and thanks to Linda, too) .. as knowledge of this potential may result in a great benefit to others -- particularly women-- in whom it is more prevalent. 'Good to see it as a pinned post.

I hope you, Arizona, experience an extraordinarily quick recovery -- and all of you tuning in today have a good smoke-free day -- Yes! It WILL GET BETTER!

The psychological addiction to cigarettes is just as bad for everyone I'm going to post that so people feel they are being supported either way. There are days I want a drink and I want to light up soooo bad FEAR stops me. It's an hour at a time (still). And maybe for a long time coming. But that's okay. Living with discomfort is okay too. I have to read Petes article again and I'll bring it up to newsfeed as a reminder for myself and others

Whew......... Lots of work....... Feel a little weary today

Hang in
