Apparently I gave up my bronchial inhaler!

I guess the cigs were also tricking me into thinking I had bronchial issues...it occurred to me this morning that I've not used my bronchial inhaler once in the last month! My month quit is Friday, so I may be rounding a day or two here.

I still continue to feel better by the day and stronger and feel like a true nonsmoker. It's no longer a joke to me. I have actually done this.

I had lunch with a girlfriend yesterday and told her I quit and she asked if I'd ever tried before and I said yes, it lasted 4 days. But this time it's just different, I want to smoke, but I don't want to smoke. I know it stinks, but yet it doesn't smell bad to me. I miss it, but I don't. It really is an evil little trick.

Keep going strong all my fellow nonsmokers!

I've said it before and will keep saying it, I'm so thankful for this site and all of y'all for your support.

Plus, I do also love the different terms and accents on here! LOL

Happy hump day all!

Coco

that is awesome coco :) :)

About a month into quitting it dawned on me that I hadn't had a sinus headache for a whole month - used to have them nearly every day -- wasn't smoking fun?

Keep up the GREAT work CoCo!
