Good morning all you beautiful people..... Determined ...... Content or pulling out our hair for a cigarette. What ever stage we're at KEEP ON GOING. NOPE. NOT ONE PUFF. EVER!!!!!!

It gets better. I'm losing memory of lighting up by the hour. It's not such a need anymore. But I do have to watch alcohol. I don't quite trust myself having more than one drink yet ....
