Finally after all this time I have been told by the dental hygienist that the damage done to my gums while smoking is fully repaired!! Nice pink healthy gums and no telling off 😁

Hi Alan, I'm a few weeks from two and a half years quit. Can't really believe it's gone so quickly. You're an old hat at being a non smoker with 12 years gone, that's amazing. Do you still notice differences? Lily

hi Lily well done two and half years, time goes so quickly has you get older my dad used to say wow he was right i'm at his age now that his was at then if you know what i'm talking about, yes the difference i've felt as though ive never smoked to say i was smoking 23 years and 40 a day i just woke up one morning and went cold turkey and 12 years later i feel fitter in my chest but not in body that's the disabled part not far from scrap yard, may i say i love the color you have in you hair it looks very nice, i'm light brown with grey strips in mine or is it the fact i'm getting older i think that's now like it anyway my friend all the best in keeping away with the fags i bet you feel better in yourself take care speak to you tomorrow your friend Alan xx
