Hiya Ruby, congratulations on 8 weeks quit, well done😊

Hope you're sleep improves soon and wondered have ya tried camomile tea, some people find it very good to aid sleep. Perhaps your headaches are related to not sleeping as it's very hard to function when you're tired. If they don't ease off, it might be a good idea to visit your G.P. just to put your mind at rest. You're doing a brilliant job, really hoping you feel better soon💐😊x

hiya ruby,

Hi Ruby.. well done on 8 weeks smoke free :)

I do hope your sleeping returns to normal soon, which could be contributing to the headaches.

We seem to cope better with a good nights sleep :) :)

Hi Ruby :) its great to see ya and very nearly 2 months flippin quit :) :) :) just loving it :) :) :)

Our lovely Briarwood has given you some great advice and I'm thinking the same as her, are the headaches due to you not sleeping :o

On the Pinned Posts to your right, you will find a breathing exercise that may help you to sleep :) it's breathing exercise No 3, ''how to slow down a busy mind'' It takes a bit of practice but it does help :) :)

As for your weight gain, as you said, you needed it :) :) Try to eat plenty of fruit and veg eh :) :)

Seee's ya soon :)
