It's so rewarding to mark day by day off my calendar. No cravings at all my ecig by my side only when needed. Not even eating that much tbh. Loving the clean air in my lungs when walking with my kids back and fourth to school 🏃🏻

They know I won't be happy if they start smoking they have seen how much I have gone throu to stop smoking so hopefully that will put them off lol
