Getting there

Today had a bit of stress which normally triggers me to having a cigarette(I'm 4 days in now with my quit ) but instead of getting a packet of fags I grabbed my ecig took a few deep puffs and the stress subsided. I'm feeling very proud right now as I didn't go with the urge of a cigarette big day for me πŸ˜€. Also got my stoptober items through the door today so gonna keep that for the first of October. By the time I get through the calendar I would have quit for for 48days and that will Deffo make me proud

Well look at you Andy, 4 days smoke free and you resisted the urge to smoke..... that's great 😊😊 better to have a tug on your ecig than the real McCoy, well done 😊😊😊 just goes to prove that you don't need all those toxins 😊😊😊

Yes the e-cig works a treat for anxiety, at least it stops me from wanting to lash out, and saying or doing something ide regret !!!! :-D

Stay strong, :-)
