Getting there

Today had a bit of stress which normally triggers me to having a cigarette(I'm 4 days in now with my quit ) but instead of getting a packet of fags I grabbed my ecig took a few deep puffs and the stress subsided. I'm feeling very proud right now as I didn't go with the urge of a cigarette big day for me 😀. Also got my stoptober items through the door today so gonna keep that for the first of October. By the time I get through the calendar I would have quit for for 48days and that will Deffo make me proud
