2 Months today

Hard to believe I have been smoke free now, 2 months today. If you had asked me 2 1/2 months ago if I would be sitting here today celebrating this milestone I would actually have thought you were nuts. Just even thinking I could quit was insane. But look at me now, all because I finally took the time and energy to figure out (in my heart of hearts) exactly why I smoked in the first place. Not the regular excuses but the real reason. I had the actual revelation late at night on May 7th and just quit on May 10th. Used the patch May 12th (real bad day) to the 20th and discovered I was allergic to something in them and have been NRT free since day 10. To all those who post and have been smoke free longer than I have, you inspire me. To all those who have been smoke free less time than me, keep up the good work and stay strong. Happy Smoke Free days to all, and remember NOPE. Not One Puff Ever
