Just realised that I have done one week thanks to my son. He has just given me a bunch of flowers and said 'keep going mum you've done 1 week let's get to 2'. Thanks to everyone for your support and advice feeling proud 😊😊

put the money away that you would have spent on cigarettes. It is amazing how quick it grows.

I download an app on my phone and it quite scary when i look at it

11 months and 7 days and i would have spent $7681.00. which is around 3800 pounds BUT....i have not smoked over 10,000 cigarettes...Geez, neither wonder the ole body played up at the start..lol...

These days, i never think about a cigarette and very rarely get a craving so it is very doable, just need a positive mind set
