just a quick hello to say that the journey continues. I am very satisfied. it is true that I gained some (too?) weight but nothing that any sporting activity that now I can do just because I stopped smoking does not resolve soon.

I too gained some weight not a huge amount but I'm quite small so you see every ounce gained 😳

I stressed out at the start of my quit but now feel confident to do something about it😊

It's a great feeling being able to run about with my son and not be huffing and puffing. Only wish I had done this years ago 😊

Taking up a new sport/activity is always good for anyone.

Have you had any instances of temptation to smoke in the past couple of months? Did you find any particular solutions to that? It's something that has been in discussion a lot the past few days.
