Good morning all. My third smoke free weekend coming up. Despite the cold symptoms, swollen throat and ear infection I'm absolutely determined not to give in and have a cigarette. I know it will only make me feel worse.....

Aup After, 15 days quit now then your doing ever so well, you are you keep focused and positive on your quit and you wont go far wrong

As for your swollen throat and ear infection, er-in-doors had that a couple of weeks ago, so it might be some bug going around eh

Hold your head up high After, and be proud of yourself maybe, go and treat yourself to something nice
