hi ya Holly we are all nice people on here and like you, we all want the same thing and thats to be smokefree Thats why we help each other when the going gets tough

I too am using the e-cig to help me quit and very good too cos I'm a hands to mouth person, so the e-cig gives me all the motions

I'm on 18mg liquid at the moment, but aim to get that down to 15mg next week

If you need any help Holly, please just give us a shout and we will try to help you

I'm on 18mg at the moment as well. I am going to bring my self down to 15mg at same point. I have be having cravings today. But be using my e cig when there come. I am not letting the cravings win. I keep telling my self I can do this. And I will do it. And yes I will keep vaping as I know it is better then smoking fags
