Hi ya Rahul :) I wish you a big warm welcome to this lovely quit site :)

Soo, your 2 months quit already, thats just great pal :) :) quitting smoking is the best ever thing you can do to live a healthier, better life :)

I see you come from India :) we have got a few members on here from different Countries, its just great to have you with us pal :) :) If you dont mind me asking, What was your reason for quitting smoking ? and how you did it ? Only if you would like to tell us more about you :) If you need any help Rahul, you just shout out :)

The Girls have given you some great advice :) but myself, I would concentrate on exercise :) try to get out in the fresh air, walking, running or cycling :) because this will help your lungs clear all that yuk out of them :) then when that sort of becomes the normal for you, then go for healthy eating :)

Speak soon Rahul :) Pete :)
