I have zits! A new one everyday. 😤 Is this from quitting smoking?

Ermmm, zits although not a common symptom of quitting smoking, it can be a symptom normally in the first month of quitting

We think its just our bodies detoxing and getting rid of all the crap that smoking brings with it Lee, our bodies are all different and have their own way to deal with it It should only last a week or so

Maybe grow a beard

Hi Lee In all the times I have tryed to stop smoking I have never had Zits even when I was smoking didn't have them. How do you clean your face

Same as always. Never had them until now. And they are the big monster ones. They pop up overnight. It has to be my hormones. My cycle is messed up and I'm mean!!

Yep I got some..... Never really suffered when I was younger but did when I first quit.... It's all the crap coming out of your system 😕 Get some witch hazel or arnica

Hiya Lee, they are called quitzitz and I have heard of others who also had this. So please don't worry as they will go away and it's just your bodies way of getting rid of the toxins🙄 Keep drinking lots of water and you could steam your face over a bowl of hot water and a towel over your head to help open up the pores, kinda speeds thing up a bit. You're doing great, so well done and it will all be worth it😊
