Well nearly so nearly 9 months and looks like I'm going to have to give up my nicotine crutch cos there is a national shortage and no one has any in stock. GULP! Well here goes wish me luck! Hiya to those I know and to all the new people on here.

Same boat myself Friezfriend.

8 months quit and 3rd day off nicotine. Feels like someones taken the safety net away!! but managing so far.

It's Niquitin mini lozenges. They appeared to be the thing that hit the mark for me. Well done Edd! Scary but Hobsons choice.

You can absolutely do this.I remember a time that doesn't seem so very long ago that you were at around 5 weeks & I was the newbie.I've been nicotine free now for 4 months and believe me that the first couple of days or so are hard but get thru those and you're on your way.You helped me a heap during my early days & I'll always be grateful,just think how great you'll feel to be nic free.Good Luck.Hugs H x
