Theirs a lot of talk about clearing out bad things as in coughing up nasty things, what if you don't, where does it go? Does it still get cleared away off your lungs?
Just wondering: Theirs a lot of talk about... - Quit Support
Just wondering
I would like to know that answer to that one! I haven't suffered a cough at all since I stopped - so does that mean it's still all there? xx
Yes good question, I'll be certainly interested in the answer too
Fresher, we are all made different, our bodies are all different and act in different ways
I myself, start coughing a couple of days after I quit, and it isnt very nice, as I coughed up quite a bit of phlegm but I exercise, plus am always on the go at work etc, soooo, whether it has a bit to do with your lifestyle, I dont really know
Some members on here have a sort of flue !! which they have to blow their nose alot, soooo, that gets rid of the ermmm, stuff eh
I'm glad it's a good question and not just for me, even though I'm not coughing out all the badness does my body still get rid of it? The worst thing I have right now is constantly clearing my throat which is annoying. Is it cause I wasn't drawing it into my lungs as much??
I've never had a cough since I stopped smoking. I never had a cough when I did smoke. I do keep getting sore throats with the e-cig though.
I did cough more when I smoked but generally when I laughed,, maybe I haven't laughed as much since I've stopped! well apart from coming on here lol.. Just a lot of throat clearing as f I want to make a statement lol,
