Hi Nicola, a big warm welcome to this lovely quit site :) and your on your 4th day of quitting, cold turkey too, thats just flippin superdooooper gal :) :) Like you say, stay positive and focused and you wont go far wrong :)

When you get a craving, try drinking a glass of water, or doing some breathing exercises, I will repost 1 of them and see what you think. When I got a bad craving I used to go out to my garage and dint half kick and shout at my poor lawnmower :o but it worked for me, some of the gals on here, thump the cusions, shout and scream, it all helps :)

Rite am off to find this breathing exercise for you, take care, Pete :)

Hi Nicola,

Wow cold turkey, big respect to you hun, i am on an ecig....so getting smoke free first, then nicotine free. You really have your work cut out looking after all your children, so should be easy to find something to distract you :)

Good luck hun, and keep in touch x

Hi Nicolamarie, welcome to Day 5 and a huge welcome to Quit Support :D

7 children, wow - I bet there's never a dull (or quiet) moment in your house :D

As JillyGirl says, you sound quite organised within your quit attempt and I have every confidence in that you will just crack on with your quit and send those cravings packing.

Let us know your quit date (22nd?) and I'll pop your name up on our Wall of Winners :-)

Give us a shout if you need anything :-)
