Thanks to the support of this page and the anticipation of another destination, i have just returned from Malta. Quitting the cigarettes might be hard but, having something to look forward to helps.Continued success to all who take the first steps

Hi lanemorph, Glad you had a good holiday. Like you say its nice to look forward to a lovely holiday. I always used to enjoy my holidays but smoking used to take the edge off them .Always looking for somewhere discreet to have a smoke. No problem now thank goodness.

Hi Jillygirl, i must admit, walking through the covered areas of the cafe and bars, the atmosphere was thick with with smoke and the smell was awful.A reminder of how i used to smell. Can't ever imagine going back to them

Hi EmJay. Aside from the travels, i have to say, i feel so much better, physically.My breathing is 100 % better and all the excess weight is now disappearing. I quit in September 2012, so thank you for the badge.

I loved Malta.Well done on a fantastic quit.Look at Marrakech for your next trip if you haven't been, it's one of my all time favourites.
