Why is it that the weekends are so hard? I'm fine in the week when I have my work, sometimes i forget about smoking. Ive been looking at the history of tobacco. and its roots are deeply sinister, slavery etc. But hang on in there my fellow travellers, we can beat this, Martin

Aup Martin, yeah, am the same as you pal, the weekends are always the hardest :P :( thats why I try to keep busy doing something to take my mind off ''THEM'' !!

You take care now, and stay focused on your quit eh :)

Pete :)

Its weird isn't it. I'm the opposite, I'm fine if I do absolutely nothing, if I read or go on the internet but if I start doing stuff like cleaning, tidying etc I immediately want to smoke, same at work, I'm worse now than I was when I smoked, slightest bit of stress and I'm reaching for the lozenges, mind you I did chew nicotine gum at work even when I smoked so maybe that's why.
