Hi, I'm new to the forum and I wanted to ask if anyone is suffering from 'quit zits'?! I have been quit for 8 days using patches and lozenge

Feeling very positive at the moment, although trying to control my eating is another battle. The last couple of days I have started breaking out in spots on my face and they are driving me mad! Anyone else suffering??

Hi Quitter81, Yes I to have had the dreaded zits, and also a rash on my body, back of neck and in my hair !! All gone now thank god, it lasted about 2 weeks

I think it was stress !! TMS = Tension Myiositis Syndrome, not surprising eh !!

Your body has to expel all the grotty toxins somehow. Day 12 of quitting my bath water was grey when i got out and i had a bath the day before. Was surprised but think it was all the crap being got rid of.

Thank god it's not just me! I've been ok with the cravings, trying not to eat too much and then a few spots nearly pushed me over the edge! Back to drinking gallons of water and flushing out the system! Thanks for your replies! ☺️
