Hi everyone, hope you all having a stress free day 
Had a Dentist appointment yesterday, he was so happy i quit the cigs said he could tell by my teeth allready !! I'm actually happy to smile now, such a difference in 5weeks !!

My dentist is really pleased every time I go now that I have stayed quit. 5 weeks is just brilliant, keep it up.
