Hi Do. To be fair my dear -Im British not American -I was just wishing America a happy day-as I have lots of friends who are american

I had a great birthday though on 26th -went for a lovely meal with my mum & dad in manchester . -I could hear the sound of Happy birthday to you in the backgound -there was lots of people there whose birthday was the same day as me -& there was me thinking I was the only one lol

I hope they can fix this -I've already accepted that its a new long term condition set off in adulthood. Ive a phobia about hospitals & dread them saying they want to admit me )my apologies to anyone who has been in hospital for a long period of time) but there it is

I can only hope it can be relieved or helped with some sort of regular medication (as long as its not injections-as I m needlephobic)
