Yes I'm fine thanx had a bunion op on my left foot was so painful so I been on strong meds which has helped me to not have a drink. I'm off work for approx 6 to 8 weeks catching up on all the TV I miss in the day lol. 😀

Yes I am pain free now at minute 4 weeks smoke free on Sunday I'm so pleased being off work is hard but am coping NOPE x Amanda 😀
