Hey Zetters almost 18 weeks well done. What made you try a puff last night was it a case of proving to yourself that they are horrid. I hope it wasn't one of those cravings.
Aup Zetters its lovely to see you again
Hmmmm as for you having a puff last night, I'm an old boy so dont go there !! just wondering how you are getting on with your quit
Joking apart Zetters, your doing just ACE you are, just to have a puff and not a full cigarette is an achievement in its self I'm on 10 weeks now and have been erm, struggling today with my quit for some reason You stay positive and focused Zetters you will soon be an '' Ex smoker ''
Take care now, Pete
Hi Zetters, blimey, you were brave doing that - I don't think I could have managed to stop after only one puff. I was round my smoking friend's this afternoon and very, very slightly tempted to have a puff but of course I didn't.
Respect, keep at it.
Thank you all - Aunty Smirnoff and curiosity were at the basis of it! Lol x
Oh dear hi there I'm coming toy second week of no smoking!! I think my flat stinks of stale smoke pillows cushions etc I have wobbly moments and if I'm at home I sniff the cushions lol!!! And tell myself that's disgusting stale old smell!! I hope I can get through week 2
I'm sure you will and the smell will fade from your home. Could hurry it along by washing the curtains etc - then you will notice it more on others! Lol
Keep going, you are doing great xx
