Hi nosmokenow,

That feeling does go but when it will is different for everyone, the main thing is to stay strong, and kick any cravings away, do you have any strategies in place for when this happens?

Have a read of some of the blogs, there full of useful tips to help. :)

nosmokenow, Some people find stopping smoking easier than others. I found it quite hard. Not smoked for four and a half months however I was stood behind an old gentleman in a shop today who was taking an awful long time getting served as he was chatting for ages. I was not in a hurry but was getting really agitated as all I could see were packets of cigs. I came so close to buying 10, I just dont know what stopped me. These are the times we have to be on our guard for, temptation is always near. But the urges pass in a few minuits. Good luck x

I remained smoke free for 6 months. Last month I really wanted a fag. Held on for a while. Last 2 weeks smoking 1 pack a week. Had to rush to my left over champix, take for 3 days and have no cravings and back to be a unaided non-smoker for 4 days now. I am just gonna go to my GP and get some Champix. Keep them ready just in case, you know.

Aaaaarrrggghhh! I bet you were gutted at the time. :(

So glad that you've got yourself back on track and didn't fall too far into the well. :o Keep going, you've done so well. It was probably your test just to see what it would be like again - I still get that urge but won't give in to it. :)
