It's difficult for me to seek help. I can't speak for anyone else, but for me, this is how it is.
I know what I need to try to do for myself, but it can be so hard for me to just go out and do it!
the 988 option is convenient, yet it's not always the best option for me. I find myself stumbling to say what I need to say, or I just shut down altogether when I get there.
Does anyone have a possible easier option for an introverted, anxiety-ridden person like myself to try?
