Sore dry eyes

Yes my husband, suffered terrible withhis eyes constantly rubbing , the ophthalmologists gave hi lo drops, didnt seem to do much good. I would feel so sorry for him so I would always get him very soft little towels, that he would always hold to rub his eyes, in the end he hadn't the strenght to rub his eyes.

You might want to try eye ointment which is mostly petroleum jelly with a little mineral oil in it. Plus hot compresses. As I was told people with PSP don’t keep their eyes fully closed while sleeping the lower part of the corneas dry out causing the irritation.

Yes Jeff, we tried all this, gel included at night and hot compression, but nothing seemed to work. My husband passed away on Easter Sunday RIP. DIAGNOSED 3YRS THIS JULY. But had it for at least 5yrs.

This year we have lost so many loved ones to PSP on this forum... (and hubby & l have lost too many life long friends)...

That I have started hanging little angel ornaments on a small tree in my pasture... (l could not find hummingbirds)...
