I’m Dave and have been taking Lupron, zitiga, and prednisone successfully for the last 18months.

PSA stays less than one with only one side affect, a annoying loose cough with phelm!

Chest is clear, its more head oriented!

Anyone experiencing similar side Zytiga effect ?

Thanks

Dave

i'm thinking you are talking about talk about PSA levels and not PSP.

Good luck and do hope your numbers stay low.

Husband has been dealing with prostate cancer since 2006 and did well with the HT treatment. He now is dealing with PSP.

Hi, We don’t have experience with zitiga, but a liquid cough with phlegm is all too familiar. A speech therapist did a swallow test and we discovered that food was getting stuck in his throat that would trigger coughing and some chest congestion. From there, we did about 3 months of swallow treatment therapy and the cough subsided. We haven’t had phlegm problems since the sessions ended at the end of December 2018. We’ll begin the treatments again if any swallowing issues come back. It’s not a cure, but it can be monitored and maintained. I hope that you find this helpful.

Best of luck to you!
