This-morning I knew there would be high tide and a great opportunity for yet another picture of my local road bridge. My left arm is becoming more useless and getting my camera onto the tripod was a big problem but I am pleased I managed it.
For the last month I have had 'care' help with showering because drying myself is a problem . I feel a lot safer with someone helping and the young lady is so caring and kind, even cleaning the shower before she leaves.
The journey continues.

And look at the stunning result of your photograghy attempts. There is real skill and the 'attempt' is just getting the gear together and lugging it to the spot to make it happen!
Well done! Hope you will be able to create many more!
Beautiful, Pat. Nature first made it, but so briefly! - and you saw it properly and preserved it artfully with your own skill and training and effort, and so a thing of beauty and solace is given to the world to keep. Thank you.
What a beautiful photo. You truly have a gift. Thank you for sharing with us. All the photos you have taken will never be lost. They will be there forever.
Bargiepat, I'm so impressed that you "get out" and do things! You are the same age as my husband, but he seems to have the apathy that afflicts some CBD sufferers, and doesn't want to go out. I do make him go with me to things now and then, and we get out to at least have a coffee and sit quietly in the car most days. Good for you for continuing your hobby. My G has the "alien" left arm too. You are an inspiration
Hi Patrick that is an amazing photograph. It's nice knowing that you have such determination. Also good to know you are accepting help. Whatever this disease throws at you try to keep going. PSP is vile in the way that it creeps up on you with horrible surprises.
Another great shot Patrick, well done to persevere and not be beaten. Pleased you have got assistance to help you shower, much safer for you. Take good care of yourself.
