I have been diagnosed with pseudobulbar palsy. I'm waiting for my second emg. I am dreading it Walking is an effort now but I have no pain. Pls has been ruled out as has mg. I enjoy life and realise that I'm lucky as I have a slow progression. I am 61 and very active . I am under professor young at Walton, a lovely lady. I have a speech therapist as I am sounding more like Donald duck with flu. I see a physiotherapist. I have met some lovely caring people that I am so grateful for.

Did the diagnosis include progressive supranuclear palsy, or pseudobulbar palsy only?

I think you are in the wrong community! An EMG isn't used to diagnosis progressive supranuclear palsy.
