This is Ceylon or true cinnamon. The stuff in the shops is usually cassia cinnamon and contains an ingredient that is harmful when taken in large doses.

Well if cinnamon helps inhibit TAU and turmeric helps I think it has to be curry every day from now on No hardship there!

Won't do my darling any good though. Curry brings on his ulcerative colitis. I wonder if I can get true cinnamon in liquid form to put through his PEG......no, thinks it's a bit too late for C.

I wonder if that study was ever followed up?

It certainly seemed to offer some promise of being worthy of more research.
