Marilyn, you don't identify in your profile where you live. If you live in the USA I would try at a less busy time. If you live out of the USA that might be the problem.

If out of the USA I would put in the web site YOURSELF. Do not click on mine.

Where are you located? I find that if you live outside the USA it is often difficult to access the website from this location.
