Hi

My husband has just been admitted to hospital again with yet another infection it is the forth time in about 6 weeks. The doctor has said it is Pneumonia/Sepsis again he is on IV Antibiotics but this time they are having trouble keeping his SP02 levels up.He is on oxygen but as soon as they take him off his SP02 levels drop.He can hardly talk and when he does i can hardly understand him.He has Contractures to his legs and also his right arm and is in terrible pain bless him.I cant stand seeing him suffer like this knowing that i cannot do anything to help him.life is so cruel. This illness has robbed him of everything i just pray for a miracle.

Hi

Thank you all for your kind replies. I am seeing the doctor today. He is still on oxygen all the time and they have been giving him IV antibiotics all weekend. What i find most frustrating is that the hospital will not give him his usual pain relief tablets all they are giving him is paracetamol and they do not help at all. xx
