I no exactly how yu feel. Yu have to stay. Strong It's hard. But for him. Yu must What yu need is. Some respite A couple hrs. Away from yer dilemma Yu need to have a distraction to give Yu the strength U. Need to carry on Please try this. It worked for Me I also got a prescription for anxiety med called CIPRALEX Big help as well !!!!!!!!!!!!
