On Tuesday October 29th my mother passed away and PSP journey has ended.
The journey of watching someone you love struggle with health issues can bring a mix of emotions— sadness, frustration, helplessness, and grief. Knowing that she is in a better place and feeling better is more comforting.
I wanted to thank deeply all of you and those who supported me just being there for us make a big impact. Getting information , help , and wishes also helped us . I always felt that we are not alone there are persons who share the same feelings and care.
Thank you very much

Dear Reema ,Sending heartfelt condolences to you and your family .
I never knew your mother and we don't know each other , but I do know about PSP and what it's like to witness/care for a loved one as they struggle with the effects of such a difficult illness. We probably have a lot more happier things in common but we know that everyone in this group feels deeply about the welfare of everyone whose lives are turned upside down by the impact of PSP and related diagnoses.
Sending lots of love and I hope that asap you'll be able to focus on much happier memories of your Mom's lifetime !
Thinking of you and your family at this time. So sorry you have had to travel this journey. As you say many emotions are experienced, it’s a real roller coaster at times. I hope you are able to take comfort in that she is not suffering now. Give yourself time now and take care. Best wishes.
I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. Please remember the happy times and try not to dwell on these last few years. I’m a PSP sufferer myself and sincerely hope I go before it gets much worse.
