Jill, I use suppositories for my wife. Insert one up the old shoot and it generates a bowel movement. If it doesn't I put a finger in there and remove any hard blobs. Probably more than you wanted to know. lol

I told her it's a good thing she didn't marry a squeamish man. LOL Ah the things we do for those we love!!
